We are seeking a skilled Equity Options Trader to join our team.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in equity options trading, with a proven track record of successfully executing trades and managing risk. They will be responsible for developing and implementing new trading strategies, as well as optimizing existing ones.

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market dynamics, volatility, and flow. They will be able to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions in real-time.

As an experienced trader, they will work closely with quant researchers, software engineers, and execution specialists to optimize pricing, hedging, and risk management. They will also mentor junior traders and share their expertise to strengthen the team as a whole.
