About the Role:
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tailored Individual Support Plans to address the unique needs of each client, incorporating education, training, employment, cultural, and community connections.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, families, and stakeholders, promoting trust and effective communication.
  • Collaborate with key professionals to provide holistic support, advocating for clients and empowering them to make informed choices.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with young people, families, and professionals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the complexities surrounding youth reintegration, including the social, emotional, and educational challenges faced by this demographic.
  • Be an empathetic and patient individual, able to build trust and rapport with clients, and navigate complex situations with sensitivity and professionalism.
