Industrial Tube Assembler
Job Summary:The Industrial Tube Assembler is responsible for assembling, testing and preparing hydraulic hoses for various industries. This role involves collaborating with the tube bending division to meet customer requirements efficiently.
This position demands excellent mechanical aptitude, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new techniques in an industrial setting.
Responsibilities:- Assemble, inspect and test hydraulic, industrial food and ultra high pressure hoses according to specifications.
- Assist the tube bending division in meeting production targets by providing accurate and timely support.
- Prepare and organize components, tools and equipment necessary for hose assembly and testing.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, inventory levels and any issues encountered during the assembly process.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with experience working in an industrial environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines while maintaining a safe and efficient workspace.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it (highly preferred).
