We are a dynamic organisation committed to changing the game for people with disabilities. With over 40 hubs across Australia, we work in the social and early childhood Key Worker models, providing interventions to NDIS participants and their families that lead to positive, life-changing outcomes.

About The Role

We are seeking a Key Worker to deliver interventions to children aged 0-8 and their families in South Western Sydney and surrounding areas. This is a full-time or part-time (4 days per week) position, requiring availability and commitment to support before/after school appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver therapy in diverse settings, including homes, schools, playgrounds, and community centres
  • Assess and communicate with families, children, and goals
  • Work collaboratively with educators, speech pathologists, and other professionals to support children's development
  • Document and bill for each session through our online participant management system
  • Provide support for children and families, including establishing consistent routines and providing behavioral support strategies

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and registration (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist, or Educator)
  • Minimum 12 months experience working with children (aged 0-8) and their families
  • Demonstrated experience working with children with disability
  • A positive and flexible approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and be a team player
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth
  • A valid Australian drivers license
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Childrens Check
