About the Role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Everyday Independence, a dynamic organization committed to making inclusion possible for all Australians. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with NDIS participants across the lifespan, providing life-changing occupational therapy in South Western Sydney and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to NDIS participants, utilizing an evidence-based measurement tool and creating therapy plans to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding.
  • Work in diverse settings, including homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centers, as part of our interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals.
  • Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports, including family, carers, and friends.
  • Attend weekly team meetings, sharing stories of impact, coffee, and laughs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • General AHPRA Registration.
  • A positive and flexible approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player.
  • Commitment to personal and professional development.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • Working with Children's Check.
