About The Role

We are seeking a Key Worker to deliver interventions to children aged 0-8 and their families in North Western Sydney and surrounding areas. This is a full-time or part-time (4 days per week) position, requiring availability and commitment to support before/after school appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver therapy in diverse settings, including homes, schools, playgrounds, and community centres
  • Assess and communicate with families, children, and goals
  • Work collaboratively with educators, speech pathologists, and other professionals to support children's development
  • Document and bill for each session through our online participant management system
  • Provide support for children and families, including establishing consistent routines and providing behavioral support strategies

Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification and registration (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist, or Educator)
  • Minimum 12 months experience working with children (aged 0-8) and their families
  • Demonstrated experience working with children with disability
  • Positive and flexible approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and be a team player
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth
  • Valid Australian drivers license
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Working with Childrens Check
