We are seeking a talented and experienced Civil Design Engineer to join our growing firm, Dalton Consulting Engineers (DCE).

As a key member of our Design Team, you will use your expertise to develop and produce functional detailed designs, collaborating with team members to drive innovation and excellence.

With a strong focus on urban development, urban infrastructure, and sport, DCE has established itself as a leader in civil engineering design and project management.

Our team is committed to delivering world-class projects, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and produce functional detailed designs
  • Collaborate with team members to drive innovation and excellence
  • Oversee and develop colleagues and junior staff
  • Participate in round table discussions promoting best practice and technical improvement

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in Land Development
  • Completion of Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), Diploma in Engineering or Equivalent
  • Proficient in Auto CAD, 12 D, Hec RAS and MS Office products
  • Demonstrated experience in design of roads, drains, sewer & water reticulation, retarding basins and wetlands
  • Critical thinking and detail-oriented skills
  • Motivated and a team player
  • Professional Engineers Registration in Victoria (we can help you obtain this)
