This Role

The Treasury Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's objectives. This role involves overseeing cash flow, ensuring liquidity, and managing financial operations in Mexico and globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the Treasury FX tracker, including loan agreements and monthly internal audit.
  • Support global and local FX deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of the FX monthly committee and minutes, providing financial insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee credit card control in Mexico, including monitoring expenses, credit limits, and employee card payments.
  • Track all payments to vendors in Mexico, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Close daily investments in MXN and USD, tracking investments in all markets.
  • Monitor banking access in all countries, requesting proof of evidence on a monthly basis.
  • Assist the Senior Treasury Manager in managing liquidity and reviewing daily cash balances and cash flows in the treasury management system.
  • Help document all Treasury procedures (SOPs) and keep updated Global Policies at least annually or more frequently as required.
  • Participate in local and global projects where Treasury is involved, providing financial expertise and guidance.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Manage operations and liquidity management strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Knowledge of financial instruments, credit facilities, and treasury best practices, with a focus on global markets.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with banks and financial institutions, ensuring seamless transactions and communication.
  • Serve as the company's leading spokesperson for all departments, partners, and stakeholders, providing financial expertise and guidance.
  • Design and implement solutions and recommend plans and technology for optimization purposes, ensuring cost savings and efficiency.
  • Create scalable workflows and implement company-wide treasury processes, ensuring consistency and compliance.
  • 5+ years of treasury leadership experience, with a focus on global markets and financial operations.
  • Degree in finance, accounting, or related field, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Advanced level of English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
