Corporate Finance Specialist

This is a highly specialized role focused on addressing the full spectrum of financial and transactional challenges faced by corporations, boards, private equity sponsors, creditor constituencies and other stakeholders.

We provide comprehensive solutions in informal restructuring and advisory engagements, along with formal insolvency matters such as voluntary administrations and receiverships across a breadth of industries and businesses of all sizes.

About the Role
  • As a key member of the team, you will gain valuable hands-on commercial experience
  • You will work closely with senior professionals and client management teams to deliver outstanding results for clients and their key stakeholders

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage day-to-day issues on formal insolvency engagements
  2. Assist in non-formal engagements, including independent business reviews and informal turnaround assignments
  3. Prepare draft reports, presentations and other deliverables for third parties
  4. Conduct financial analysis and prepare estimated outcome positions for formal insolvency matters
  5. Be a supportive team member to junior staff
Requirements
  • 5-8 years' relevant experience in corporate finance or a related field
  • Tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance
  • Chartered Accounting (CA) programme or CA qualified
  • Strong financial analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
