Corporate Finance Professional

We are seeking a skilled corporate finance professional to join our global team. As a key member of our strategy, transactions, tax and corporate finance capabilities, you will play a vital role in delivering real-world value to our clients.

As a corporate finance professional, you will be part of a global team working on preserving, optimising, raising or investing capital. Your responsibilities will include undertaking valuations of businesses and intangible assets for purposes including management planning, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), tax, financial reporting and disputes.
Key skills required for success include strong analytical, communication, organisational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. Ideally, you'll also have experience utilising various valuation techniques and methodologies, as well as conducting valuations for accounting and/or tax planning purposes.
Proficiency in financial modelling in MS Excel and related software is necessary. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively in a collaborative environment and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
