Event Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Event Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role that will involve coordinating our AV crew across multiple business areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate staff for all events, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Coordinate crew requirements, including pre-production, on-site operations, and post-event activities.
  • Source and induct new casual staff to expand our team.
  • Ensure staff are aware of company policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to the team as needed, including warehouse and on-site assistance.
Requirements:
  • A motivated and adaptable individual who thrives in fast-paced live events environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of professional audio-visual environments.
  • Previous experience in event operations or similar role, existing crew contacts beneficial.
  • Proficient computer skills, experience with scheduling software advantageous.
  • Current driver's licence, forklift licence, and/or White Card (WHS qualification) highly desirable.
