Business Transformation Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Transformation Communications Lead to join our fast-growing team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an integrated program of communications to support business transformation initiatives.
The successful candidate will have experience in developing and communicating complex business change stories to a wide audience, as well as the ability to work across multiple projects and portfolios. A strong visual communicator with excellent creative skills, you will be able to distill complex information into clear and engaging messages.
You will manage the development and implementation of communications strategies to support business transformation initiatives, working closely with stakeholders across the organization. Your role will involve:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive communications plans to support business transformation initiatives;
- Creating and delivering high-quality content, including presentations, reports, and other materials;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement;
- Evaluating the effectiveness of communications strategies and making recommendations for improvement.
