Job Title: Business Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and growth.

About the Role

The Business Transformation Specialist will be responsible for leading business process improvement initiatives, developing and implementing strategic plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead requirements scoping, workshops, planning, impact assessment, analysis, and documentation of business processes.
  • Prepare and plan business cases.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop strategies to address them.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify those impacted by changes to processes, procedures, technology, and ways of working.
  • Undertake analysis, design, modeling, and documentation of business processes and procedures for current state and defining future state.
  • Facilitate requirements elicitation and grooming to meet business, technology, and digital needs.
  • Produce quality detailed business requirements, epics, user stories, prototypes/wireframes that are implemented and tested by technical teams.
  • Identify and document risks, constraints, assumptions, dependencies, and integration requirements for technical, data, or process-driven projects/initiatives.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business process improvement, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
