Senior Business Partner

This is a business partner role within the Corporate team, supporting people and culture activities. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to drive initiatives and contribute to the success of the organisation.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing support to the Corporate team on a day-to-day basis, including P&C administration tasks, advising on work conditions and parental leave, coaching managers, and drafting show cause letters. You will also guide leaders in setting objectives, conducting mid-year check-ins, and completing end-of-year reviews using Oracle HCM.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. You will also have experience working with HR systems and processes, including Oracle HCM.
