The Clough Graduate Program provides recent graduates with technical and practical real-world experience to set them up for personal and professional success in the construction industry.

As part of our Graduate Program, you will be given the opportunity to work on Clough's exciting projects across Australia and Asia Pacific with the possibility of Fly-In-Fly-Out (FIFO) and international roles.

In addition, you will be a recent graduate or final-year student completing qualifications in human resources.

And, you will:

  • Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or visa holder with full working rights in Australia.
  • Be prepared to travel to remote or international locations if required.
  • Be keen to develop a career within the construction industry.
  • Be a proactive member of the team.
