Seasonal Sales Associate

We are looking for a seasonal sales associate to contribute to the success of our retail team during the Christmas period.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced retail environment and develop your customer service skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding product knowledge and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly assistance.
  • Maintain Store Presentation: Ensure the shopfloor is clean, tidy, and visually appealing, with effective display of products.
  • Stock Management: Manage stock movement, optimize sales, and maintain accurate records.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration: Work effectively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of store presentation.
  • Safety and Security: Report any safety hazards or concerns to management immediately and adhere to company safety policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-service role is highly desirable.
  • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of products and ability to provide detailed information to customers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
