Job Description

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our retail operations.

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide personalized support to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Point of Sale Operations: Process transactions efficiently, handle cash and credit payments, and reconcile sales data.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain store presentation standards by adhering to visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
  • Stock Management: Receive and process stock deliveries, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate stock records.
