Job Description

As a key member of our shore-based team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vessels.

Key responsibilities include coordinating crew rosters, managing day-to-day schedules, and responding to operational challenges. You will be responsible for resourcing vessels, supporting crew members, and driving efficiency through effective use of planning tools.

With regular travel to regional ports, you will gain valuable experience across different locations and have the opportunity to work with a close-knit team in an essential industry.

Some key tasks include:

  • Leading crew rostering across Victoria
  • Proactively managing short-notice absences to maintain operational stability
  • Supporting crew engagement and development
  • Coordinating timely recruitment and onboarding of qualified crew

Additionally, you will partner with other teams to ensure strong relationships and operational alignment with external stakeholders.
