Job Description:

A leading organization in the construction and design industry is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join their team in Maitland, FL. This full-time, onsite role requires a proactive professional with expertise in accounting operations and QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts receivable/payable and general accounting operations.
  • Enter and oversee material orders in QuickBooks; track percentage of completion.
  • Process payroll for contractors and manage reconciliations (bank accounts).
  • Handle bill entry, use tax, and 990 reporting.
  • Support project oversight with financial tracking and reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must-Haves:
    • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
    • Self-driven, highly motivated, and organized.
  • Nice-to-Haves:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • Prior experience with construction or project-based financial tracking.
