About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Customer Delivery Driver. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders on time and with a smile.

Your Key Responsibilities:

">

  • Deliver customer orders in a safe and efficient manner, following the most direct route possible.

    ">

  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring that all equipment and tools are in good working order.

    ">

  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise during the delivery process.

    ">

  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our delivery goals and objectives.

Requirements:

">

  • An unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence or green probationary license and a safe driving record.

    ">

  • The ability to safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and/or regional areas.

    ">

  • Physical stamina to lift and carry groceries from the van to your delivery points (there could be stairs).

    ">

  • A pre-employment medical check will be required for this role.

    ">

  • A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.

    ">

  • Flexibility to work across a variety of shifts, including early morning and late afternoon/early evening shifts.

    ">

  • Availability to work flexible hours across the week, working hours between 5:00am and 1:00pm or 1:00pm to 10:00pm.

    ">

  • Ideally a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate or card, but if not, we can support you to get this.
