Customer Service Associate Job

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide real-time, hands-on assistance to our customers, addressing any issues or concerns they may have regarding their deliveries. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, empathizing with their needs and providing timely resolutions to their problems.

You will also be responsible for connecting customers with experts who can provide them with accurate and up-to-date information about their packages. Key responsibilities include:

  • Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs
  • Upholding our company values and respecting every customer
  • Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers
  • Clearly understanding and responding appropriately to customer inquiries
  • Composing grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses to customer issues
  • Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the best possible customer outcome

You will work a flexible Full-Time schedule (40+ hours per week), performing tasks that may require standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds. You will also work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud, with hearing protection provided.

A day in the life as a Customer Service Associate is exciting and dynamic. You will be based at one of our last-mile delivery warehouses, interacting with warehouse associates, delivery partners, and customers daily. You will inform delivery partners of rescheduled deliveries and resolve issues promptly to ensure our customers have a great experience every time.

By working at the heart of our logistics, you will develop logistical and customer expertise that sets us apart. You will connect with our customers every day, using your in-depth understanding of our supply chain and local knowledge of delivery connections and warehouses.
