We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at Brighton East Campus. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and practices that support the growth and development of our children.

Job Description
  • Mentor and Guide Colleagues: You will work closely with your colleagues to develop and implement best practice approaches to early childhood education, ensuring that our children receive the highest quality care and learning experiences.
  • Plan and Deliver Educational Programs: You will be responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play, taking into account the safety and wellbeing of our children.
  • Supervise and Interact with Children: You will supervise and interact with the children in your care, leading group times and facilitating opportunities for them to learn and grow.
  • Document Children's Learning: You will use Storypark to document children's learning and progress, sharing this information with your team to inform programming decisions.
Salary and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary, above award rates, ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
