Financial Assistance Specialist

- Proven customer service experience

- Great computer skills to work with multiple systems simultaneously

- Strong empathy and the ability to build rapport with customers

This is a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 2-3 later shifts per week. Work from home flexibility is also available (2 days WFH).
Job Overview: The primary goal of the Financial Assistance Specialist is to provide assistance to customers who are facing financial difficulties by assessing their financial situation, providing guidance, and connecting them with relevant resources.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of customers' financial situations to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement personalized plans to help customers achieve financial stability
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure they feel supported throughout the process
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide a high level of customer service
- Proficiency in computer software and technology to effectively manage customer information
