Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Service Expert to join our team at Oaks Sunshine Coast Oasis Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.

Your primary objective will be to provide top-notch customer service, addressing guests' needs and concerns in a prompt and professional manner. This includes welcoming and checking in guests, communicating effectively, making bookings, and assisting with their stay.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude. Previous experience in a hotel customer service environment is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, think on their feet, and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
