We are seeking a Consumer Insights AI Specialist to shape the future of consumer research.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and improve AI tools for analyzing consumer survey data.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate experiments that challenge traditional research approaches, iterating on analytical methods to uncover deeper consumer insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to expand the AI interface's capabilities.
  • Ensure all AI-generated deliverables meet customer objectives and maintain high quality.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years in a market research agency or similar environment, demonstrating proficiency in research objective definition, data interpretation, and insight generation.
  • Proven ability to design, conduct, and iterate on data experiments, communicating methodologies and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • An interest in or exposure to AI concepts (such as LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and agent frameworks), with a willingness to explore emerging trends and methodologies.
  • A basic understanding—or an eagerness to learn—fundamental web development principles to collaborate effectively with development teams and support a seamless user experience.
