Job Description

This is a dynamic and exciting opportunity to work as an IT Project Manager / Business Analyst in a forward-thinking organisation.

  • Plan, coordinate, and track IT projects from initiation through to delivery.
  • Ensure alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.
  • Maintain the central IT project list and contribute to business update reporting.
Business Analysis

Engage stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.

  • Translate business needs into actionable specifications and user stories.
  • Support vendor selection, solution design, and implementation activities.
Change & Communication

Identify change impacts and support communication, training, and adoption strategies.

  • Facilitate testing, rollout, and transition-to-support for new systems or enhancements.
Governance & Reporting

Provide structured reporting on project status, risks, and dependencies.

  • Contribute to the uplift of delivery practices, templates, and documentation standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years in a combined BA/PM role or similar
  • Proven experience delivering IT projects in a business-facing capacity
  • Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, and change management principles
  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, or related discipline
  • Hold a current Prince2 or similar certification
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices
  • Comfortable adapting frameworks and methodologies to suit the context of initiatives undertaken
  • Experience using the Microsoft Suite, including Project and Planner
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Extensive experience in vendor management and contract negotiation
  • Experience in Energy Industry or similar
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Project and Planner
