Associate - Technology, Communications and Commercial

We are seeking a talented Associate to join our IPTech (Technology, Communications and Commercial) team in Sydney. As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of complex technology and commercial projects.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing legal advice on technology contracts and agreements;
  • Drafting and negotiating complex contractual documents;
  • Conducting research and analysis to inform business decisions;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects;

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-3 years' experience in complex technology and commercial work;
  • Strong technical, drafting and commercial skills;
  • Excellent analytical, communication and research skills;
  • A commitment to high work standards and strong attention to detail;
  • An ability to develop strong relationships with clients and colleagues;
