Mental Health Support Specialist
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will provide peer support services to individuals in need, helping them navigate the complexities of mental health.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing emotional support, guidance, and education to clients, as well as assisting with daily living tasks and connecting them with community resources.
You will work closely with clients to develop personalized plans, set goals, and celebrate successes. Your ability to empathize, communicate effectively, and maintain confidentiality is essential for building trust and ensuring the highest level of care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in basic computer software.
