Job Overview

The Condition Monitoring & Lubrication Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our Ore Processing Facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of technicians to deliver high-quality outcomes while prioritizing safety and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement lubrication and condition monitoring programs that meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise, guidance, and coaching to employees and contractors to maintain excellent workmanship.
  • Optimize resource allocation, schedule management, and performance monitoring against established KPIs.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, ensuring all work aligns with HSE policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Proven experience in supervisory or leadership roles, preferably in fixed plant environments.
  • Strong foundation in condition monitoring, lubrication, and fixed plant maintenance principles.
  • Familiarity with vibration analysis software and fault diagnosis techniques, with Cat II Vibration Analyst training highly beneficial.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office, and maintenance management systems (CMMS).
