You'll lead a customer-centric approach, attending branch visits, conducting customer interviews, and participating in design workshops. Your work will influence innovative solutions across areas like customer onboarding, identity verification, international money transfers, and next-generation app experiences.
Your Responsibilities- Direct high-performing teams delivering hands-on engineering solutions and resolving complex technical challenges.
- Develop long-term technical vision and platform strategy that shapes our organisation's engineering foundation for years to come.
- Embody curiosity, lead through code, and mentor others. Be responsible for guiding 3–5 engineers while remaining hands-on in the codebase.
As a versatile and skilled professional, you'll be involved in design and development, driving innovation across various projects and products. Additionally, you'll consult across the Group, contributing to the revolutionisation of how we work and how technology powers our products.
