**Job Opportunity:**
Our organization is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Clinician to lead the Early Stroke Discharge team. This leadership opportunity seeks an individual with high level of recognised experience and expertise in a specialty area of stroke rehabilitation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the ESD team at our organization
- Coordinate the ESD service
- Provide intensive rehabilitation in client's homes or centres
- Develop and implement service delivery initiatives to specialist areas
- Lead professional development of others
- Conduct supervision and performance management discussions with staff
Requirements:
- High level of recognised experience and expertise in a specialty area of stroke rehabilitation
- Demonstrated leadership skills including competencies in decision making and handling complex issues
- Demonstrated capacity to inspire, influence and motivate staff
- Significant knowledge and experience of quality improvement and research processes
- AHPRA registration
