Job Summary

The ideal candidate will support transaction-related processes, including project appraisal, negotiations, due diligence, legal documentation, and monitoring of booked assets. This role requires a high level of financial acumen, with expertise in undertaking financial analysis, preparing credit submissions, and managing credit and financial aspects of project analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake financial analysis (profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, EVA, and others)
  • Prepare credit submissions, including new proposals, variation requests, and annual reviews
  • Manage credit and financial aspects of project analysis, including financial analysis of companies, technical and operational appraisals, production of financial projections, security, and cash-flow models
  • Produce project finance ratings using internal tools for new projects and existing projects on an annual basis or as required
  • Perform prudential monitoring of loan exposures by participating in monitoring of existing investments, preparing regular monitoring reports, and conducting site visits and financial reviews
  • Gather and analyze project-related information through research, due diligence, and independent inquiry
  • Maintain updated knowledge and closely monitor projects where assigned primary responsibility
