Our small but mighty team is a tight-knit blend of multi-disciplinary creative thinkers, designers, strategists, copywriters, photographers, developers, and project managers. Drawing on our collective experience, design and technical expertise, we take a collaborative approach to every project.

About the Role

Principle Design is an award winning design studio and we're looking for a Junior Graphic Designer, who is fun, energetic, motivated and enthusiastic to be a part of our creative team - someone with a passion for the creative process, experienced in both print and web and exceptional at problem solving. You'll work directly with the Creative Director and Senior Designers; and collaborate with other team members on a wide range of projects.

You'll demonstrate a high level of initiative and autonomy in developing your ideas and skills to deliver on various stages of the creative process as a team player.

Success criteria:

  • Graphic Design Degree or equivalent
  • Entry level experience
  • Willing to learn with a positive can do attitude.
  • Experience in digital design and branding.
  • Ability to understand, question and interpret briefs.
  • Proficient level of conceptual design and idea generation.
  • Proficient skills in Adobe Software (Indesign, Illustrator & Photoshop, Premiere), Figma and Canva.
  • Ability to carry a project from concept through to completion.
  • Exceptional communication skills - ability to liaise with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications


• 2 years experience in a creative office/studio.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
