**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Support Professional to join our team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating investor communications, drafting documents, and maintaining data.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate and distribute investor reports, marketing materials, and subscription documentation.
  • Draft investor documents and prepare papers for the Investment Committee and Supervisory Board.
  • Maintain and update Limited Partner/investor data, assist with onboarding/subscriptions, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Operations team, investment professionals, and marketing team to develop best practices and improve service quality and productivity.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Financial Services in an administrative or operational role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, client-focused approach, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and shift focus when required, with basic knowledge of investment markets.
