Job Description:

Selection Criteria:

  • Current Nursing registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Registered Nurse with a minimum of 1 year full-time experience in an acute care setting
  • Australian Citizenship
  • Concurrent enrollment in a Diploma of Midwifery University program at UTS or WSU
  • Ability to undertake part-time employment with a flexible schedule, including 8-hour and 12-hour shifts on a 7-day rotating roster
  • Understanding of the role of a midwife within a primary healthcare framework
  • Demonstrated ability in clinical problem-solving
  • High-level interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
