Service Technician Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled aftersales professional to join our team in Melbourne. Your primary responsibility is ensuring the long-term satisfaction of our customers by providing high-quality support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving new vehicle deliveries and preparing them to meet customer expectations;
  • Completing vehicle servicing according to internal standards;
  • Diagnosing and repairing vehicles using advanced technical ability and relevant processes;
  • Collecting and feeding back technical information on product faults and diagnosis;
  • Road testing vehicles to ensure they are returned to customers in excellent condition.

You will work closely with our Aftersales and New Vehicle Sales teams to ensure all issues impacting customer satisfaction and internal operations are understood and improvement opportunities are executed.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Cadillac Service Centre and GMSV team, where you will have the ability to work directly with consumers on creative projects.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A trade qualification as an Automotive Technician or Electrician;
  • Experience with EVs, diagnostic systems, and reprogramming tools;
  • Strong knowledge of Dealer service information and diagnostic systems;
  • Highly developed skills in resolving technical product issues.
