We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective support services to staff, students, and parents via various channels. They will deliver high-quality support services that meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support Delivery: Provide face-to-face, phone, and remote support to resolve daily issues related to applications and systems.
  • Issue Management: Regularly review and prioritise support activities, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Customer Engagement: Work with stakeholders to identify and address their needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Qualifications
  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent professional experience in Information Technology.
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator, with expertise in Windows Server.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent technical knowledge in Azure, Microsoft PowerPlatform, Postgres/SQL, DevOps CI/CD, Scripting (Batch, PowerShell), and SaaS system administration.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Personal Qualities: Dedication to continual learning and adapting to evolving business needs.
