Imagine being part of a dynamic team that's passionate about pets and dedicated to delivering exceptional results. As a Senior Brand Manager for VitaPet in Australia, you'll play a key role in shaping the brand's strategy, from innovation and portfolio management to communications and activations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the VitaPet brand plan, driving business growth and market share.
- Lead cross-functional projects, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Motivate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-impact campaigns and activations.
- Actively participate in key business processes, including stage gate, IBP, and commercial planning.
- Drive the VitaPet brand philosophy, ensuring consistency and alignment across the organization.
What We're Looking For:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications.
- Proven experience in brand marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate stakeholders.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a deep understanding of P&L and category dynamics.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize tasks effectively.
