Imagine being part of a dynamic team that's passionate about pets and dedicated to delivering exceptional results. As a Senior Brand Manager for VitaPet in Australia, you'll play a key role in shaping the brand's strategy, from innovation and portfolio management to communications and activations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the VitaPet brand plan, driving business growth and market share.
  • Lead cross-functional projects, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Motivate and guide teams to deliver high-impact projects and activations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive business processes, including stage gate, IBP, and commercial planning.
  • Drive the VitaPet brand philosophy, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.

What We're Looking For:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing or communications.
  • Proven experience in brand marketing, preferably in FMCG and animal health.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and commercial acumen skills.
  • Strong relationship development and influencing skills.
  • Able to manage ambiguity and drive results-oriented projects.
