Program Manager - Risk, Assurance, Independence and Delivery Domain (RAIDD)

The Program Manager - RAIDD will lead the development, documentation, and implementation of RAIDD Management processes and records management. They will establish and maintain stakeholder relationships and drive cross-team collaboration to support planning and actioning of RAIDD activities.

This role requires a high level of expertise in project management tools and experience working as a Program RAIDD Manager on large transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the development and management of RAIDD logs, risk tools, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a valid and accurate Project and Program RAIDD Log, Lessons Learnt Logs, and program-level reports
  • Monitor the delivery of the program-level RAIDD log and activities against plans and challenge progress as appropriate
  • Evaluate information received from projects within the program to develop a risk profile
  • Produce weekly status updates and monthly reports and charts on RAIDD Management

Required Professional/Technical Skills and Knowledge:

  • 3+ years' experience working as a Program RAIDD Manager on large transformation programs
  • Demonstrated experience using project management tools is essential
  • Extensive experience in the development and management of RAIDD logs, risk tools, and reporting
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
