About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals with a passion for customer service to join our team in the financial sector.

  • Financial data entry will be a key responsibility of this position, requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • The successful candidate will process payroll, invoices, and accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
  • They will also handle accounts payable and receivable, as well as investigate overdue invoices and resolve them professionally.
  • A high volume of enquiries from vendors and government members will need to be handled via phone and email, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
