Accounts Assistant Role

We are seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to fill our Accounts Clerk position. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be proficient in data entry, and have a strong desire to learn and grow within the financial sector.

  • Key responsibilities include processing financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and responding to customer enquiries in a professional manner.
  • The successful candidate will also undertake general administrative duties, utilize Excel spreadsheets and formulas, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Previous experience in a call centre or customer-facing role is highly regarded
