We are seeking an experienced retail professional to lead our store team.

About the Role

Our Store Manager leads by example, inspiring their teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Senior retail management experience
  • A proven track record of leading by example and delivering top-tier customer service
  • A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
  • Confidence in managing diverse personalities
  • Strong skills in training, driving sales, and achieving results
  • Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and basic financial reporting
