Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring seamless stock flow and efficient operations.

This role involves managing daily financial operations, including end-of-day reconciliation and banking procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining a well-organised and efficient stockroom, adhering to established standards.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a stockroom or warehouse management role, ideally within a retail environment. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team to achieve operational goals
  • Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain accurate inventory management and ensure the safety and security of the stockroom
  • Collaborate with retail management and visual merchandising to drive a culture of continuous improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a stockroom or warehouse management role
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems and processes
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for stock management and reporting
