About this role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled RTO Administration Officer to support student administration throughout all stages of their training from enquiries/enrolments to completion.

As an RTO Administration Officer, you will assist in managing student information, processing enrolments, resulting assessments, issuing training notices and processing completions and certificate issuance.

You will also be responsible for attending to phone/email enquiries from schools and students responding appropriately within the given time frames.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Administration
    • Manage student information and documents
    • Process enrolments and result assessments
    • Issue training notices and process completions and certificate issuance
  • Enquiries and Support
    • Attend to phone/email enquiries from schools and students
    • Respond to enquiries in a timely and professional manner

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Comprehensive VETiS experience acquired through prior RTO Experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A pro-active approach to problem-solving by streamlining processes
  • A great work ethic and adaptability
  • Student Management System (SMS) experience
  • Sound understanding of Microsoft Office suite including 'Teams'
