SMP Supervisor Role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee on-site activities and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a competitive remuneration package.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams, and excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Manage construction crews, schedules, and materials
  • Direct daily construction activities on-site
  • Coordinate and oversee contractor performance and resource allocation
  • Ensure compliance with project plans and standards
Requirements
  • Trades/Diploma in construction management or mechanical engineering
  • Strong experience in construction supervision within the mining or heavy industrial sectors
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to quality standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands
