Job Description:

You will work as part of a team to provide meal services to all residents, assisting in the efficient preparation and delivery of meals.

This role involves working within our Better Together social model of ageing well, which offers a continuum of care and support services for our Residents, within a range of accommodation options in one location.

  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
  • Assist in Preparation, delivery of meals and cleaning of the kitchen services
  • Cater to special needs and monitor dietary requirements
  • Interacting with residents and providing person centred care
  • Working across a seven-day roster, Monday through to Wednesday or Wednesday through to Saturday, Split shift 8.00am to 2.00pm and 4.00pm to 7.30pm
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A customer-centric approach with the passion to deliver real 'care' to residents
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work Morning, Afternoon Shifts over across a seven-day roster
  • Relevant qualifications eg: Food Handling Certificate
  • A driver's licence and access to a reliable car
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID 19, and Influenza
