About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior SEO Leader to join our team at Specialized Pipe Technologies. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced strategic SEO projects and channels, driving business growth and revenue through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute SEO Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive SEO plans to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and increase online visibility.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including content, design, and development teams, to ensure seamless execution of SEO initiatives.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing expert guidance and support to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously monitor industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends to ensure our SEO strategies remain cutting-edge and effective.
  • Measure and Optimize Performance: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of SEO initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimize and improve performance.
Requirements
  • Proven SEO Expertise: Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and link building.
  • Leadership and Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, revenue growth, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, as well as experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
