Key Responsibilities
  • Train and manage a team of executives and coordinators to ensure they are highly skilled in paid search implementation.
  • Manage the search team to ensure account deliverables, including campaign setup, reporting, optimization tactics, quality checks, and best practices are adhered to.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across SEM.
  • Compile and present strong SEM responses to clients.
  • Assist in planning other digital channels by working with the Digital Director and Planning Director.
  • Provide education and training to agency and client teams on SEM best practices.
  • Ensure quality controls are in place from planning, buying, optimization, and reporting for the team.
  • Be the go-to paid search advertising expert for clients, holding in-depth knowledge of SEM platforms and key digital platforms.
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in SEM/performance media.
  • Excellent grasp of paid search planning and activation.
  • Experience and working knowledge of Google paid search platforms (Google Ads, SA360), the Microsoft Advertising platform, and key industry SEM tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ideal candidate has some SEO knowledge and understanding of paid and organic search work as a team.
  • Managerial experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
