Lead Strategic Advisor

We are seeking a seasoned professional to play a pivotal role in understanding and articulating the value proposition of our solutions to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Value Propositions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the benefits offered by our solution and prepare compelling presentations and demonstrations for prospects and partners.
  • Presentation Preparation: Develop best-in-class presentations and proposals that highlight the unique value proposition for each customer, taking into account industry trends and market analysis.
  • Sales Cycle Alignment: Remain aligned with the sales cycle, adapting to changes corresponding to various opportunities in the pipeline.
  • Industry Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of industry processes, market trends, and competition to provide valuable insights to customers.
Requirements:
  • Implementation Experience: Preferred experience in large HCM products, including SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, and Workday.
  • Payroll and HR-Business Process Background: Strong understanding of Australian Payroll and HCM modules is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
